Delivery areas
MAAR provides a delivery service in France and Europe (excluding the United Kingdom) by UPS for Europe and Chronopost for France.
Shipping costs
MAAR offers free standard shipping on all orders and returns and uses UPS to all destinations except France (Chronopost).
For customers located in Paris, you have the option of receiving or returning your order by courier free of charge: you can select this option during checkout. You will receive a calendar by email allowing you to choose the day and time slot of your choice.
All of our shipments are shipped on a DDP (Duty and Tax Paid) basis. Therefore, all necessary import taxes and duties are included in your final purchase price. You will not have to pay customs tax upon delivery of your order.
Return conditions
MAAR has a 14 working day return policy: any unwanted item must be returned to us within 14 days of receipt
Items must be returned to us in perfect condition, exactly as you received them, with their original packaging.
Return procedure
1. Request feedback
Go to the details of the order concerned in your customer account and click on “Request a return”, or go directly to the returns page and follow the instructions on the screen.
Choose the option that suits you best: by carrier or by courier (Paris only).
You will receive an email confirming the acceptance of your return request as well as the transport label or a schedule to reserve a slot with a courier.
If you are returning a defective item, please send an email to customerservice@maarliving.com and attach a photo of the item concerned.
2. Return your item(s)
- Place your item in the MAAR box or envelope then in its original carton or other sturdy cardboard box.
- Close the box with adhesive tape.
Make sure your package does not have any other shipping or tracking labels.
- Use the return label provided and place it on the shipping box.
3. Drop off your package / collection
. Your country is outside France: drop off your package or request collection on ups.com
Go to the Shipping – Schedule a collection section, you can choose a UPS drop-off location or schedule the collection of your package.
. Your country is France: drop off your package at the post office.
. Paris by courier: the courier will come and collect the package within the two-hour time slot you have chosen. If you have a problem, please call 06 68 61 74 55.
